“I play the combinations in the center of the table because the winnings are better … ok so the odds are fairly low, but this is gambling isn’t it?!?!? If I wanted to win even money, I’d go play the chocolate wheel over there with 70% chance of even money.

There are nights where my lucky hard eight (9 times my bet) or snake eyes (30 times my bet) will come up 4 or 5 times in a half hour period.

* chuckling* Sometimes if I am having a good night I’ll stick a chip down on the passline just to keep up enough winnings to feed my center board!

I like playing the way I do because its risky … I have gambling money because its what I can afford to lose. If I’m having a bad night its obvious with this playing style, so I just walk away from the table and go play slots!

Good Points to this style: Winnings are big, so you know when your specific combination comes up that you will win enough to leave the table a happy player! More than a few times a night and you are shouting everyone at the table a round of drinks!!

The downside to this style: The combinations are rare, and often each combination will only come up once or twice in a few hours. This means you have to lose money slowly, and stay long enough to hit the big win.
