Name:: Kim Lyn “I don’t really have the patience to play craps for a long time, I like to play different games so as I’m strolling past I might stop for a few rolls of the dice and stay on if I win.
Often I arrive in the middle of a round, and I don’t want to wait until a new one begins so I just place a bet on the come bar, which is basically all I’m allowed to do mid round with reasonable odds.
It basically is exactly the same as betting on the pass line, so to play negatively I can just play the Don’t Come bar which is the same as the Don’t Pass line.
Come bets can also be pressed to other numbers and occasionally I get drawn in for a few rounds and win a little on the numbers.
I’ve yet to venture into the other bets on the table but its a fun game and I learn something new every time I play, so you never know! |

Good Points to this style: Its simple, quick and a reasonably safe bet for players who like a short but sweet game.
The downside to this style: Most Craps players chose the game for its excitement, but this style can become incredibly boring for the thrill junkie. Because you can enter and depart quickly, you never need to ‘get into’ a round … its a slow way to learn because of this. |
